Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Devonian (the "Mod") or accessing devonian-hypixel.com (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use the Mod or Site.

2. License to Use

Devonian is provided for personal, non-commercial use at no charge. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Download and install Devonian for your own personal gameplay
• Use Devonian on Hypixel Skyblock in accordance with Hypixel's own rules and terms of service

This license does not include the right to distribute, sell, sublicense, or modify Devonian without explicit written permission from the author.

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Sell, resell, or charge any fee for access to Devonian
• Redistribute Devonian through unauthorized channels or third-party websites
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify Devonian except as permitted by applicable law
• Use Devonian to violate Hypixel's Terms of Service or Mojang's End User License Agreement
• Remove or alter any attribution, copyright, or trademark notices
• Use the Devonian name or branding to misrepresent unofficial forks or modified versions as the official Mod

4. Third-Party Software

Devonian depends on third-party software including Fabric Loader, Fabric API, and Minecraft itself. Your use of those tools is governed by their respective licenses and terms. Devonian is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by Hypixel Inc. or Mojang Studios.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Devonian is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no guarantee that the Mod will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system or Minecraft configuration. Use Devonian at your own risk.

We are not responsible for any account bans, game restrictions, or other consequences resulting from your use of Devonian on Hypixel or any other server.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the creators of Devonian shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Mod or Site, including loss of game progress, account suspension, or data loss.

7. Intellectual Property

Devonian and all associated branding, artwork, and code are the intellectual property of the Devonian author (Synnerz). Minecraft is the intellectual property of Mojang Studios. All rights reserved to their respective owners.

8. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting to this page. The revision date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last updated. Continued use of the Mod or Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the author's residence.
